Our journey started with John’s passion for custom design-build carpentry, honed over 35 years through his work at Cornerstone Decks and Additions. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality laid the groundwork for what would become a new chapter—Pilkington Woodworks.

While John leads the hands-on design, custom builds, in-person sales, and client experience, Joanna drives the entire digital, marketing, and operational vision behind the business. She brings over 30 years of leadership in sales strategy, digital marketing, content creation, SEO, branding, business development, social media, and online storefronts.
Joanna designs and executes our channel strategy, digital campaigns, business structure, and go-to-market approach—ensuring Pilkington Woodworks connects authentically and effectively with every audience.
Together, they’ve built a brand where craft meets commerce, balancing hands-on artistry with smart, scalable growth.
